Our safety deposit boxes are housed in a state-of-the-art vault with multiple layers of security including 24/7 surveillance, biometric access controls, time-locked vault doors, and individual dual-key access systems. Only you and authorized personnel can access your box.
What can I store in a safety deposit box?
You can store important documents, jewelry, precious metals, collectibles, digital storage devices, and other valuable items. We do not allow perishable items, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items that could damage other boxes.
How do I access my safety deposit box?
Access requires both your key and our master key, plus proper identification. You can visit during our business hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm. We also offer extended hours by appointment for premium customers.
What happens if I lose my key?
If you lose your key, we can arrange for a locksmith to drill the box open. This service incurs additional fees, and you’ll receive new keys once the box is re-keyed. We recommend keeping your key in a secure location.
Are the contents of my box insured?
Our facility insurance covers the physical security of the boxes, but does not cover the contents. We strongly recommend obtaining separate insurance for valuable items stored in your safety deposit box.
